  It's the most wonderful time of the year...

  Forget winter. Spring is the best time of the year. Birds are singing, flowers are growing, and best of all, all of the trees are turning green! I love it! Right now, most of the trees around home are in that almost-stage. Almost in full foliage, but not quite. The leaves are almost-green. But right now, they're more the color green of the trees in old Disney movies or bedtime story books.

  I've finally joined the realm of the free. I moved into my apartment last Wednesday. I'm loving every minute of freedom. The only thing I don't like about it: coming home in the dark to an empty house. Sometimes it takes me
